Turnaround
We aim to process most of our orders within 48 working hours from the point they enter the Payment Authorised state.
Orders containing more than 3kg of coffee may take an additional 1 to 2 working days to process depending on workload.
If your order is time critical then please contact us first requesting a delivery estimate.
From the point your order moves to the Dispatched state it typically takes one working day to arrive (for orders destined to UK
addresses). Orders up to 1.5kg are sent via Royal Mail's First Class service, a best-efforts next day service. Orders over 1.5kg are sent
via Initial City Link, a guaranteed next day delivery service.

The following rates serve as a guide for orders placed online at evecoffee.co.uk. The actual calculated delivery charge will be confirmed to
you during the checkout stage (before any payment details have been collected), and may vary slightly from those shown below.

Failed Delivery
If your order is being delivered by Initial City Link (according to the weight criteria stated above), then please note
that their policy is to make two delivery attempts on consecutive days. If the second attempt fails then you will be required
to collect your package from your nearest City Link depot. Unfortunately City Link cannot specify an estimate of the time of
day that they will make a delivery. It is possible however after receiving a delivery failure card from them after
the first delivery attempt to call your depot and specify an alternative day (Mon - Fri).
